68th National Film Awards: The winners of the 68th National Film Awards have been announced in New Delhi. Established in 1954, the prestigious awards are administered by the Film Festivals Authority of the Government of India. The 2020 films were honored in several categories at this year’s ceremony due to COVID-19. Earlier on Friday, a 10-member jury headed by filmmaker Vipul Shah met with Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur. At the same time submitted its report on the 68th National Film Awards. Speaking to ANI news agency, Anurag Thakur said some very good films came for the 68th Film Awards. Best Movie Book – The Longest Kiss is written by Kishwar Desai.
Best Narrative Voiceover Award – Shobha Tharoor Srinivasan for the film Rhapsody of Rain Monsoon of Kerala.
Best Musical Direction – Vishal Bhardwaj for ‘1232 Kilometer Marne To Wahi Jaar’.
Best Family Values Film – Abhijit Dalvi
