Mumbai: Well-known actor Salman Khan met with the Mumbai Police Commissioner today and applied for a gun license. Recently, he had received death threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. His security was also later reinforced by the Mumbai Police. It is believed that Salman Khan is taking this matter very seriously. Video of this Salman meeting has also surfaced, in which Salman Khan is seen walking out after meeting the Mumbai Police Commissioner. The media outside tried to talk to him, but he didn’t respond and went straight to the car and sat down.

What was the reason for the meeting?

Police have confirmed that Salman Khan applied for a license for the weapons from the Mumbai Police Commissioner for his own safety and submitted an application in this regard. Although Salman Khan himself has not revealed the reason for this meeting, it is assumed that there are other updates regarding the threats he received, due to which Salman takes it very seriously. Leaving the police commissioner’s office, Salman was also seen upset. He neither posed for pictures with fans nor posed for the cameras.

Salman has received death threats

Let us tell you that three members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang had sent threatening letters to actor Salman Khan and his father Salim Khan and threatened to do the same to Moosawala. The police themselves confirmed that the threat was made at the request of one of Bishnoi’s associates, Vikram Barad, who is currently based in Canada. The police had arrested a suspected member of this gang, Mahakal alias Siddhesh Kamble, from Pune.
