Music composer Parag Chhabra from the city of Indore is recognized for his excellent composition even well-known producers and directors in the film industry. This can be gauged by the fact that Parag composed all of the songs for the movie “Good Luck Jerry,” which premieres July 29. The 6 songs of the film were composed, arranged and produced by Parag. Produced under the banner of Aanand L Rai’s Color Yellow Productions, which produced hits like Zero, Tanu Weds Manu, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan, the film is directed by Siddharth Sengupta. On the other hand, the songs in this movie starring Jhanvi Kapoor were written by famous lyricist Raj Shekhar. “Good Luck Jerry” is set to release on Disney+ Hotstar. Recently, a video song of this movie “More More” was released, which gets a lot of love from the audience.

Parag, who studied up to 12th grade at St. Paul’s School in Indore, received his basic music education from the city and was featured as a singer on DD Metro’s show ‘Mini Superstars’, Star Plus show ‘Kya Masti Kya Dhoom’ It also happened in Zee TV show ‘Sa Re Ga Ma’. In one of his recent interviews, he said that after engineering, he got a degree in Western Classical Music from the Academy of Music, KMMC Chennai, from the great musician AR Rahman, whom he considers his Manas Guru since childhood. After which he was included by Rahman Sahab in his world music concert band.

According to Parag, he wanted to get into singing as well as composing music. He started working on this genre and prepared his own collection. Rahman sahib loved his tracks so much that he included Parag in his music production team. For almost 5 years, with AR Rahman, did music production for many movies like Mom, Mohenjodaro, Viceroy’s House etc. After contributing to Swar Sansar composed by Rahman sahib, Parag took the first step to become music director and moved to Mumbai. Here he made his own identity by giving music in many documentaries, short films, web series, etc. And meanwhile, when famous Bollywood producer Aanand L Rai and famous director Siddharth Sengupta listened to the music composed by him, they were very impressed and started their next movie Parag was signed to compose all songs of “Good LuckJerry”.

Parag credits his success to his family, all the gurus, especially Rahman Saheb who not only inspired him to advance in his initial stage while living at the top but also taught the nuances of music . .
