Muthoot Finance’s share price rose to over two percent on Thursday 8 April, with the company announcing that a meeting was to be held to consider declaring an interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21. On Thursday, Muthoot Finance opened at Rs 1218 on the BSE, hitting an intra-day high of Rs 1245.20 and an intra-day low of Rs 1212.90 in the trading session so far. According to a regulatory filing by the firm to BSE, a meeting of the board of directors is scheduled to take place on Monday 12 April 2021, to consider the declaration of an interim dividend for FY 2020-21.
The company has set a record date for April 23 to decide for shareholders who will be entitled to receive interim dividends. Muthoot Finance was trading 2.66 percent higher at Rs 1236.55 on the BSE.
On the NSE, Muthoot Finance was up 2.56 percent from the previous close of Rs.1237.65. Muthoot Finance opened at Rs 1216.10 on NSE, intraday high of Rs 1245 and intra day low of RS 1210
