According to the FBI, on September 16, a witness from the Chesterfield County Police Department noticed that Pareshkumar Patel arrived at his store at around 6am, ejected his vehicle and was immediately approached by two individuals.
These two men, dressed in hoodies, put Pareshkumar Patel in a van. His body was found several days later.
