2 tablespoons cumin-coriander powder

1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
Half a teaspoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
A pinch of sugar
2 tablespoons oil
1.5 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Heat oil in Kadhai.
Add onions and fry until they become translucent in color.
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry until raw smell comes.
Add tomatoes, green chilies and salt and cook everything together until the tomatoes become soft and soft.
