Take curd, red chili powder, turmeric, black pepper, ginger-garlic paste and garam masala in a bowl. Mix them and marinate on the mutton for at least two hours. Then heat some oil in a pan and fry the mutton for about a minute. Sprinkle some salt and cook till soft. Heat the roti on a flat pan with few drops of oil. Break an egg on the bread, flip it over and cook. Remove the roti from the pan and place some mutton pieces on it. Sprinkle some onion pieces, green chillies, chaat masala and coriander leaves. Then make a roll, cut it in half and serve!
