These buttery, white and flaky biscuits were sold straight from the hot pan and then in small packets that made us drowsy every time. While we were searching for some easy Naan Khatai recipes, we came across a video by food vlogger “Cook with Parul” who prepares these delicious biscuits in just 15 minutes! Put a cup of ghee and sugar in a bowl. Mix these two with the help of a whisker until a smooth texture is formed. Now place a sieve over the bowl and add all purpose flour, gram flour, semolina and baking powder. Now sieve it in the same vessel. Add salt after sifting and knead a semi-soft dough by mixing again.

Now take a heavy bottomed pan and keep it on low flame for eight minutes. Till then, make small laddus from the dough and keep them in a plate. Put this plate in the pan for 20 minutes and cook the biscuits. If you have an oven, you can also bake biscuits in it.
