How to Make Aloo Chicken Curry | Potato Chicken Curry Recipe:

Heat oil in a pan. Add whole spices – cinnamon, green cardamom, black pepper, bay leaves and cumin. When cumin starts crackling, add onion. Fry them till golden brown and crispy. Now add chicken and potatoes. Fry them till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes and mix well. Add whipped curd.

When the oil separates, add turmeric powder, chili powder, black pepper powder, chopped green chilies, garam masala powder and mix well. Add water to make gravy. Let the gravy cook till the chicken is cooked. Chicken Aloo Curry is ready!
