Eating leftover food is one such activity that never ceases to please us. The feeling of taking yesterday’s food out of the fridge, reheating it and enjoying it is a different level of pleasure. When reheating food, it is important to keep a few tips and tricks in mind that will keep them tasting as good as new. This is especially true when it comes to reheating leftover pizza. This incredible viral hack to reheat leftover pizza was shared on Twitter by a page called ‘Growing Up Italian’, where it garnered over 20.6 million tweets and 7.2 million views. It also got around 85k likes and thousands of comments and reactions.

In the clip, it was shown how to reheat leftover pizza and make it as good as the freshly baked version. First, a pan was heated on top of an induction cooktop. The pizza was placed inside the pan. Then, a dash of water was added to the pan. Thanks to the hot pan, the water immediately began to evaporate and some steam was created in it. A lid was used to cover the pizza pan. A minute later the pizza looked ready to eat! The crust was still crispy and the cheese was really melted again.

Several Twitter users have reacted to the hack to reheat leftover pizza. Some thought it really was a game-changer and wondered why they hadn’t thought of it earlier.
