Chicken wings are considered unhealthy because they are always fried in a lot of oil, but we are about to change that perception. This chicken wings recipe will be baked in the oven, requiring only a few tablespoons of olive oil. This dish will not take much time to prepare as the marination and baking will do the magic for you!

You can also air fry the chicken wings.

How to make Baked Chicken Wings:

You need to start by preheating the oven to 180°C. Take a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, red chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in it. Put the chicken wings in the bowl, massaging the wings until they are coated in the marinade. Let the chicken wings marinate for at least 1 hour. Spread the marinated chicken wings in a baking pan, place them in the oven and cook for 1 hour or until it is crisp and cooked through.
