Chef Kunal Kapoor’s tips for making Onion Tomato Gravy

In the clip, Kunal demonstrates the process of making the perfect bowl of Onion Tomato Gravy by adding a few ingredients that are easily available in your kitchen. In the caption he mentioned, “How to prepare Onion Tomato Gravy perfectly!”

Kunal Kapoor shares the following tips to make a perfect Onion Tomato Gravy:

1) Chef Kunal Kapoor in the video said you can just add Pav Bhaji Masala, Chole Masala, or Sambar Masala Instead Garam Masala While making Onion Tomato Gravy. He said that if you follow this recipe then your onion tomato curry will look very tasty.

2) While making onion curry, Kunal Kapoor added salt as per taste, black salt as per taste and some chaat masala to the onion. After this he roasted the spices on low flame. After cooking the spice mix with onions, he added chopped tomatoes and then Fenugreek seeds and mix well.

3) The chef suggested that after the preparation cools down, put it in the mixer and grind it well. Don’t forget to add a little water before grinding.
