How to make Chicken Dabba Gosht

In a bowl, marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste and salt and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Make a smooth paste with cashews, poppy seeds, cream and other ingredients in a blender.

Heat oil in a wok and cook the marinated chicken with the prepared white masala mixture. Let it cook till the chicken becomes juicy and soft.

Spread the chicken preparation evenly in a glass vessel and top with tomatoes and fried potatoes, garnish with eggs, hot ghee, coriander leaves and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
