He is one of the most qualified personalities who inspire people to adopt a healthy lifestyle. But in spite of all this, who does not enjoy it? Everyone is allowed to have cheat days, right? Dwayne recently shared a post on Instagram and gave us a glimpse of his cheat meal. Can you guess what it was? Delicious Pancakes! He posted a video on Instagram showing us drool-worthy pancakes. In the video where he is pouring sugar syrup on a pile of pancakes, he is also telling the story behind this recipe.
“I had a crazy idea of combining coconut and lemon in pancakes and our wonderful,” he said and commended his chef for bringing it to reality. He said the pancakes are extremely tasty and worth the recommendation.

Earlier he shared a video from his healthy breakfast diary and made us hungry. According to the video, he mixed brown rice with some steak and egg whites and topped it with blueberries. He also had brown rice oatmeal. In the video, he said, ‘This is brown rice oatmeal that people usually eat with a spoon. But I make it really watery so I can drink it.” He further explained why he had that meal and added, “It’s all for a reason… the goal is to raise the bar… so keep fingers crossed .” Read more about it here.

It seems that Dwayne Johnson really enjoys pancakes for breakfast as he has posted about it before. Once, he shared with us an interesting pancake recipe which was delicious and healthy. It was a coconut banana pancake. In addition to bananas and coconut, the pancakes also had peanut butter!
