To make this dish, first take baby potatoes and pan fry them to make them crunchy. Now put oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic to it. Add chopped green chilies and finely chopped onions to it. Cook till the onion becomes soft. After this add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt as per taste. Let it cook for some time. Now put some water in it and add crunchy potatoes. Coat the potatoes with the spices. Once done, garnish with coriander leaves and serve!
