How to make Murungai Podi, a nutritious South Indian spice (with health benefits)



We all love to eat South Indian food and have probably seen almost every South Indian restaurant in our city, right? Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chana dal, garlic, red chilli and black pepper in it. When their color changes slightly, take them off the heat. Wash and dry the Moringa leaves before roasting them in the same pan. Mix all the ingredients together and grind them coarsely. Serve with idli or dosa and enjoy your daily nutrition.
