Marinate paneer and vegetables in curd, salt, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, kasoori methi, chaat masala, oil and gram flour for paneer tikka. After 30 minutes of marination, put the paneer in a skewer and grill it in the oven. Paneer tikka for rolls is ready!

Knead the dough with the help of all purpose flour, salt, cornflour, ghee and milk. Make parathas from this dough. While you are making the paratha on the pan, crack an egg on top. After the egg paratha is cooked, place the paneer tikka on top and garnish with tomato sauce. Roll out the paratha and the dish is ready!
