How to make Pineapple Jam?
1) First of all, take the pineapple jam you want to make. Cut them into pieces. Mix all these together to make a delicious paste.
2) Now take a separate pan and empty the paste in it. Cook it well for some time and keep stirring it continuously. Add a small amount of sugar and keep stirring continuously. You may see froth collecting on top as it cooks, but you can remove it carefully.
3) Keep cooking the paste and a little salt and also squeeze a little lemon juice. Again, cook it for a while, till it attains the right consistency like that of jam.

Chef Sanjeev Kapoor had earlier shared another pineapple-based recipe – Pineapple Shikanji. One of the most popular ways to beat the summer heat is to drink lots of coolers. When it comes to coolers, the shikanji is a popular choice. It is a traditional fizzy drink that uses lemonade. To make Sanjeev Kapoor’s version of Pineapple Shikanji, first mix together the pieces of fruit and sugar. Strain the pulp and add a little lemon juice to it. Put salt, black salt and roasted cumin powder along with chaat masala in a glass. Add pineapple syrup, mint leaves and ice to this mixture. Pour club soda over it and your drink is ready.
Coming back to fruit jams, they allow us to enjoy the taste of seasonal fruits for longer because they can of course be stored. They are one of the best ways to enjoy the bounty of nature throughout the year.
