How to make Pineapple Jam?

1) First of all, take the pineapple jam you want to make. Cut them into pieces. Mix all these together to make a delicious paste.

2) Now take a separate pan and empty the paste in it. Cook it well for some time and keep stirring it continuously. Add a small amount of sugar and keep stirring continuously. You may see froth collecting on top as it cooks, but you can remove it carefully.

3) Keep cooking the paste and a little salt and also squeeze a little lemon juice. Again, cook it for a while, till it attains the right consistency like that of jam.

Put salt, black salt and roasted cumin powder along with chaat masala in a glass. Add pineapple syrup, mint leaves and ice to this mixture. Pour club soda over it and your drink is ready.
