First, chop the onion and tomato roughly. Put them in a blender along with cashews, green chilies and make a fine paste. After that take a pan. Add the oil along with the onion-tomato paste and cook on medium flame till the oil separates. Then add curd. Cook it well and keep stirring it to avoid curdling. When the curd is cooked well, add cream to it and cook again for a few minutes. Now add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, cumin powder. Then add some water to make gravy and add paneer along with it.

Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes. Then add kasoori fenugreek and garam masala and cook for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh cream and serve!
