Moong Dal Chips: These Delicious Yet Healthy Chips Will Add To Your Tea Time

This recipe does not require any fancy ingredients and can be made in just 15 minutes. All you have to do is soak the moong dal, mix it with spices and then fry or bake it for a healthier version of it. How to make Moong Dal Chips | Moong Dal Chips Recipe:

To make this snack, first soak the moong dal for two hours. Now grind them. Make sure the dal is not watery. It should have a thick texture. Now take it out in a bowl along with wheat flour, semolina and add spices like red chili powder, black pepper, dry green coriander and salt as per taste. Mix to make a semi-soft dough. Now make small balls and roll them. Cut it in the shape of long chips and fry or bake it till it becomes light brown.
