June is celebrated as Pride Month all over the world. From Pride-themed carnivals to Pride-themed food, it’s raining everywhere and we’re loving it. To add to the list of delicious dishes this rainbow-coloured month, nutritionist Namami Agarwal has shared a mocktail recipe on Instagram. The refreshing drink, packed with the goodness and nutrition of fruits and vegetables, sounds too good not to try. And the best part? This pride is as colorful as the rainbow.

Along with the video, Namami posted the list of ingredients needed to make the delicious drink. “Deep freeze by putting mango, beet, watermelon, mint, kiwi in water. Add lemon, water and enjoy this refreshing summer mocktail,” she wrote in the caption. Nutritionist chose song for background music can’t take my eyes off you by Joseph Vincent. And we don’t know about you, but we definitely can’t take our eyes off this super juicy mocktail.

Apart from being delicious, this drink is also healthy. Beetroot is a rich source of iron and potassium. It helps in reducing blood pressure. Watermelon is high in antioxidants and is good for your skin and hair. Mango is rich in Vitamin A and helps in boosting immunity.
