Navratri 2021: Enjoy delicious Navratri thali at these restaurants in Delhi-NCR



Navratri 2021 is just around the corner, and with a lot of enthusiasm, people have already started preparing for the festival. From decorating temples to planning Navratri costumes, this festival is celebrated with great fervor and grandeur. However, since the festival is celebrated in honor of Goddess Durga, many devotees observe a fast for nine days. They can eat food made from only a few ingredients like rock salt, samak atta, buckwheat flour and others. So keeping that in mind, we bring you six restaurants in Delhi-NCR that are offering delicious and delightful Navratri thali for a delicious meal. Check them out here.

1. Annamaya, Andaz Delhi

The cooks of Annamaya have carefully crafted a Navratri menu. The menu features a range of traditional fasting meals served in a curated Navratri thali. All the ingredients used to produce the dishes on the menu are locally sourced. This thali includes kottu puri, gulab ki kheer, samak chawal, dahi bhalla, pumpkin bharta, and more. Offer nutritious Navratri thali in Annamaya from 7 to 14 October 2021.

2. Navratri Special at Dhansu Cafe

Dhansu Cafe in Ambience Mall Gurgaon and Pacific Mall Tagore Garden, is known for its ethnic cuisine and tropical atmosphere. Dhansu Cafe has chosen a wide choice of food items for its Navratri special menu, which includes items like Aloo Chaat Abudana Poha, humble Paneer, Navratan Raita, Sama’s Rice Kheer, and many more.


3. Gulati Restaurant

Gulati Restaurant, one of the places that started feasting Navratri food in Delhi over 30 years ago, continues the tradition this year. They are offering around 40 Navratri recipes for fasting made without onion and garlic. Their menu includes everything from Navratri-special thali to chaat thali to sabudana bhelpuri and many more. This year’s Navratri Food Festival runs from October 7 to October 14.


4. Nine Nights Menu on Social

SOCIAL has created a unique menu – The Nine Nights Menu, which includes some specially prepared festive specialties, will be available from October 7 to 14, 2021. Traditional favorites like Kuttu Paneer Pakora and Navratri Khichdi are also included in the Nine Nights menu. As dishes with a social twist like Aloo and Raw Banana Tikki with Sabudana and Water Chestnut Vada and Banana Chips.


5. Hyatt Regency Delhi

For the main course, the special Navratri thali includes our Sabudana Tikki, Paneer Makhani, Malai Kofta, Curd Potatoes, Sitaphal Sabzi and Samak Ke Rice. For fast-friendly sweets, the restaurant has offered a choice between Cholai Ke Laddu and Nolan Guru Sabudana Payesh. These dishes have been carefully selected by skilled chefs, keeping in mind the restrictions of the occasion and the traditional processes.


6. Annakoot by ISKCON Bangalore

In this plate made by Annakoot, you can enjoy almond milk, paneer makhani, kashifal sabzi, samak rice, salad, kuttu puri, sabudana papad and rasgulla. This plate is full and it tastes amazing!
