How to make Sweet Potato Tikki | Sweet Potato Tikki Recipe:

The recipe of this tikki is very easy. Roast the sweet potatoes in the oven until they are cooked and soft. Peel the sweet potato and mash it with a potato masher. Add ginger-garlic paste, buckwheat flour, chaat masala, mango powder, cumin powder, chili powder, garam masala and rock salt to the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix until the ingredients are completely combined. Take a scoop of the batter and shape it into a tikki. Fry the tikkis till they turn brown from both the sides. Sweet potato tikki is ready!
