How to Make Kuttu Khichdi | Navratri Snack Recipe:

Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and fry till they crackle. Then add green chili, ginger and saute for a few seconds. Add potatoes and cook till crisp. Keep shaking Add the roasted peanuts and then add the washed buckwheat. Put in water Season it with rock salt and sugar. Cover the pan and let the dal cook on low flame. Garnish with coriander.
