To make sugarcane kheer, first boil 1 liter of sugarcane juice in a vessel. Add cardamom powder to it for some taste. When the juice comes to a boil, put the washed and soaked rice in it (for 15 minutes) and keep stirring it till the rice starts to boil. After the rice comes to a boil, add dry fruits to it, stir for at least 5 minutes and turn off the gas. And your sugarcane kheer is ready to eat. Throughout the process, make sure you keep the flame (of the gas stove) low and keep stirring continuously to avoid any kind of burning.
