To make Tandoori Garlic Roti, you will need one cup of wheat flour, two tablespoons of oil, 5-6 chopped garlic cloves, three chopped green chilies, one tablespoon ginger and butter and salt as per taste.
First you have to make the dough. For this, add wheat flour, salt, oil, add water in a bowl and knead the dough. After kneading soft dough, keep it aside for half an hour. Then put butter in a small bowl and heat it on low flame. Add ginger, chilli and chopped garlic to it. Mix it well, so that all the flavors mix together.

Take a portion of your dough, roll it out, pour the butter mixture into your bread and cover the entire base. Close the roti and roll it again. Then bake tandoori garlic roti on a hot tava and enjoy with any dal and sabzi!
