Who doesn’t love a cup of good brew? But are you sure you don’t want to go beyond regular tea and coffee? If you’re feeling a little bloated these days, it could be a sign that your body needs more than a cup of caffeine. A mixture of some Indian spices can be the correct answer. Actress Tamannaah Bhatia is here to give us its recipe. Her videos on Instagram Stories show her making a decoction with ajwain, fennel mix and cumin. He took a small quantity of these three spices in a plate.

Then, he put them in hot water and heated them to a boil. Next, he poured the infusion into a cup. “Helps support digestion and prevents bloating,” she wrote.
This is not the only herbal drink that Tamannaah likes to drink. In one of her Instagram videos, she told us about her morning routine. There, she started her day with some me-time, spent 10 minutes doing oil pulling to detoxify her mouth, and then poured herself a cup of lemon cinnamon water. “Alkaline your body and kickstart your metabolism with some lemon cinnamon water,” Tamannaah wrote. Her caption read, “The way you start your day affects your life. Here’s how I start my day.”
Tamannaah has a tremendous eating streak inside. She is not only a fan of healthy infusions but also likes to indulge in some fast food from time to time. His Instagram timeline is proof of this. Once she posted a picture in which she picked up a good amount of noodles from her plate at an eatery. His facial expressions were definitely revealing his happiness. She wrote in her caption, “This photo could make me miss my flight, but it was totally worth it.”
Tamannaah loves to have fun with her food. If her sweet tooth craves dessert during breakfast, she stays. Once, she ate sweets for her breakfast and also posed for the camera with her meal. “Dessert for breakfast,” read her caption.
