A special moong dal pizza is shown in this video shared on Instagram by food blogger ‘Dil Se Foodie’. The street-style preparations were made by Swadeshi Pizza, a food stall run by Kapil Madan in central Delhi’s ITO area. The video garnered over 155k views and hundreds of comments from excited users.
In the 9-minute, 50-second clip, we can see the preparation of a special Cheese Burst Moong Dal Pizza. First of all, put the moong dal batter in a small pan and bake it from both the sides. Then, a thin top layer of moong dal pizza is removed and vegetables along with paneer and paneer are put inside. The crust is then folded back and greased with butter on both sides and grilled until crisp and golden brown. Another layer of grated paneer finishes the dish on top, which is again flipped on both sides to make it crispy and delicious.
