This Super Delicious 5-Chilli Paneer Will Add Taste To Your Food



Fusion style of cooking is a thing in India. We often take ideas from different cuisines and try to make Indian versions of certain dishes. One such popular dish is the classic chili paneer. It is a very popular appetizer that is served in restaurants and even at various roadside kiosks. Sweet-spicy dishes in which cubes of paneer are cooked in a sauce, they taste amazing. But if you are tired of it and want to experiment, Chef Saransh Goila comes up with a different recipe.

On Instagram, she recently shared a video of spicy chilli paneer which contains five chillies – red and yellow capsicum, green capsicum, Bhavnagri chilli and jalapeno. So, if you love chili paneer and spicy food, in general, you should like this one too.

In the caption, the summary wrote, “5 Chillies = Red, Yellow and Green Capsicum + Bhavnagiri Chillies + Jalapeno Fresh. Make Chili Paneer Base Sauce + Golden Fry Paneer with Cornflour + Stir Fry on high flame.


Ketchup – 2 tbsp

Rice Wine Vinegar – 1 tbsp

Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp

1 tbsp miso paste

Gochugaru (Korean Chili Flakes) – 1 tbsp

Red capsicum (chopped) – 50 grams

Yellow capsicum (chopped) – 50 grams

Green capsicum (chopped) – 50 grams

Jalapeos (chopped) – 2

Bhavnagri Mirchi (chopped) – 2

Paneer cubes – 250 grams

Corn flour – 2 tbsp

Smoked paprika powder – 1/2 tbsp

salt to taste

Roasted Sesame Oil – 2 tbsp

Garlic (chopped) – 1 tbsp

Ginger (chopped) – 1 tbsp

Onion – 1 cubed

to decorate:

Green Onion (chopped)

white sesame

5 How to make Chili Pepper Paneer?

1) First make a mixture with the help of some sauce. Take ketchup, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, miso paste and gochugaru. Mix all these ingredients and keep the mixed sauce aside.

2) Take all the five main ingredients including red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, jalapeno and Bhavnagri chilli. Slice them all as shown in the video by Chef Summary. Keep them aside.

3) Take paneer cubes and apply cornflour on them. Add smoked paprika powder and salt to taste and mix with cheese. Deep fry the paneer cubes till they turn crispy brown.

4) Heat the oil of roasted sesame in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic and ginger followed by onion (chopped into cubes). Saute for a few minutes and add the five main ingredients including chopped red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, jalapeno and Bhavnagri chili. Mix all these well and cook for few minutes.

5) Add the special sauce (which you have made) to the preparation. Add paneer cubes and mix everything well. 5 Black Pepper Paneer Paneer is ready. You can garnish it with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
