In the video, the street vendor made masala using capsicum, corn, onion, various chutneys and spices. Then he added momos to the mixture and kept on mixing it till they got mixed with the spices. Next, he placed the marinated momos in a kulhad and garnished it generously with paneer; Then he baked them in the oven. The video was uploaded by Instagram based food blogger @payaishi_foodie; The video has garnered over 1.6 million views and 87k likes. These kulhad momos can be found at Rabbit Lee Cafe in Krishna Nagar in Delhi.

The internet was not happy seeing the momos in the kulhad. One Momo fan commented, “What a stupid idea. Puts everything in kulhads,” while others criticized how paneer finds its way into every street food, even kulhads. Has succeeded! Obviously, kulhad momos have no fan following among desi eaters.
