How to Make Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani | Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani Recipe:

Step 1. Take out the mutton in a bowl.

Step 2. Add curd, turmeric, red chili powder, shahi cumin, ginger-garlic paste, fried onions, cinnamon powder.

Step 3. Add cardamom, clove, bay leaf, black pepper powder, green chili and lemon juice to it.

Step 4. Add salt, mint leaves, green coriander and mix. Marinate for two hours.

Step 5. Put a layer of cooked rice on the mutton. Make sure the rice is just 70% cooked.

Step 6. Add little water, coriander leaves, fried onions, green chilies, mint leaves.

Step 7. Add saffron milk, fried cashew nuts, ghee and cover with aluminum foil.

Step 8. Cook for 25 minutes and garnish with green coriander.
