International Yoga Day is celebrated every year on 21 June. Every year, social media is flooded with images and messages dedicated to this special day. While some people post about the importance of yoga in daily life, others share glimpses of how they celebrated the day by practicing yoga or conducting yoga sessions. Amidst all such posts, this year we came across a tweet that many of us can relate to. Food delivery app Zomato on Monday (June 21) shared a Yoga Day-special tweet on its Twitter handle, where they explained how chole-bhature can lead to ‘shavasana’. Without saying, ‘Shavasana’ is a posture where people lie upright to relax their nerves and mind, mostly after a yoga session.
