Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa will hold a meeting with Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLAs from 11 to 8 pm today.
Yesterday, a BJP core committee meeting was held in Shivamogga, in which Karnataka party in-charge Arun Singh was present.
According to sources, the Chief Minister is likely to discuss the upcoming budget and the organization of the party in the state in today’s meeting. He will also listen to the complaints of MLAs.
This comes due to a feeling of discontent among the state legislators who were reported to say that there will be a leadership change in the state after January 15.
“BS Yeddyurappa’s own MLAs are saying that there will be a leadership change in the state after January 15. This clearly shows that all is not well in the government. Yeddyurappa is proving himself repeatedly that he is another Will remain the Chief Minister for two and a half years. All is not well, “Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President DK Shivakumar said on Friday.
BS Yeddyurappa from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm Kalyana will meet legislators from Karnataka region including MLAs from Chikkamagaluru, Davanagere, Shivamogga, Uttara Kannada, Hassan, Kodagu, Chamarajanagar, Mysore, Mandya, and Ramnagar.
From 2:30 to 4:00 pm, the MLAs from the central region of the state will hold a meeting with the CM, followed by the representatives of the Central Karnataka region and the districts bordering Mumbai by 6.00 pm.
At the end of the day, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm, CM will meet the MLAs from the coastal Karnataka region
