Mr. Dave said in his brief letter that the tenure of the SCBA Executive Committee has already ended and that it may not be possible to hold virtual elections as per the schedule “due to reservations held by some lawyers”.

“We honestly decided to conduct a virtual election to elect a new body. Now I think it may not be possible to hold them as per the schedule announced by the Election Committee because some of you have reservations. I am in their I understand the situation and they do not have it. The letter states that to quarrel with it but any further continuation under these circumstances as President would be morally wrong.
Mr. Dave also thanked all the members of SCBA.
“I must register my deepest gratitude to each of you for being a part of this EC and contributing immensely during Kovid 19. Probably the greatest challenge to mankind that we will see in our lifetime. You have attended this institute, SCBA Proud. Mr. Dave said in his letter, “It is a privilege for me to be with you. Best wishes to all of you for a better future. “
