Step 2. Add it to the grinder along with all other ingredients except the lime juice. Grind it into a smooth paste.

Pears – 4
Red chili powder – 1.5 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1 teaspoon
Roasted cumin and fennel seeds – 2 tablespoons each, roughly
Fenugreek powder – half a teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Mustard Oil – As Much As You Need
Step 1. Cut the pears into small cubes. Do not de-skin. Try to choose raw, crunchy ones.
Step 2. Mix it well with all spices except fenugreek powder.
Step 3. Heat the oil and pour some of it on the spice-coated pear. Mix everything again
Step 4. Add fenugreek powder and give everything a final mixture.
Step 5. Transfer it to a glass jar and pour the rest of the oil (which you heated in step 3) on it. Close the lid and allow it to rest under the sun for at least 10 days before consumption.
