Минспорт refused «Spartacus» to help in obtaining citizenship for Promesa
Министерство спорта refused to help «Spartacus» in obtaining Russian citizenship for the Dutch legionary of red and white Quincy Promes.

It is clarified that “Spartak” sent a letter to the Ministry of Sport of Russia about providing assistance in obtaining citizenship of the Russian Federation to the citizen of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Quincy Anton Promes in accordance with the federal law “About citizenship of the Russian Federation”.
