How to make potato nuggets?
For the recipe, in a bowl take boiled and mashed potatoes, some mashed leftover rice, then some bread crumbs, chili flakes, parsley, garlic sauce, salt to taste, butter, pepper powder. Mix everything well, then add coriander leaves, green chillies, corn flour or arrowroot. Make a thick mixture, and using a knife cut rectangular potato nuggets. If the mixture is sticking with a knife, you can sprinkle some cornflour over it. Now, make one Flour Slurry, dip the rectangular bits you cut and fry them until crisp. Your nuggets are ready to serve.
