Pakistan’s star all-rounder Shadab Khan, who got married in January this year, has had an average performance in the ongoing Pakistan Super League so far. When a reporter asked if he had any role in the fall in his marriage form, the player smartly answered the question. He kept his cool and replied with a smile that his marriage had nothing to do with it and also added that it could be his finger injury from which he has not fully recovered, his lack of form There may be a reason.

Shadab, who captains Islamabad United in the ongoing PSL, has been good with the ball, taking six wickets in as many matches this season. However, he is yet to make an impact with the bat.

“The performance is not that great but it has nothing to do with his marriage.” Shadab said while answering the question of the journalist.

Shadab had announced his marriage to the daughter of former leg-spinner and current head coach Saqlain Mushtaq in January. The all-rounder had taken to social media to make the announcement, while also requesting the privacy of his family and his wife.

Shadab shared a detailed note saying, “Alhamdulillah today was my Nikah. It’s a big day in my life and the beginning of a new chapter. Please respect my choice and that of my wife and our families. Prayers for all.” and love.” included the player’s request to keep members of his family “out of the public light”.
