In the Delhi Test against Australia, Kohli on Sunday added another feat to his cap as he became the sixth and fastest batsman in the world to reach 25,000 runs across all formats.

He came in his 492nd match and needed 52 runs to reach the milestone. He scored 44 in India’s first innings and 20 in the second innings before being dismissed for 25012 runs.
Other legends to have scored more than 25,000 runs in all formats include Indian icon Sachin Tendulkar (34357 in 664 matches), Sri Lanka’s Kumar Sangakkara (28016 in 594 matches) and Mahela Jayawardene (25957 in 652 matches), Australian Ricky Ponting (27483 runs) Are included. 560 matches) and Jacques Kallis of South Africa (25534 in 519 matches).
