The second T20I between India and Australia in Nagpur was delayed by over an hour due to a wet outfield at the VCA Stadium. Although it had not rained at the time the toss was due, the rain on the first day and the day before meant that the pitch was not ready for play. Former India batsman Wasim Jaffer took the opportunity to post a hilarious tweet for India head coach Rahul Dravid. Adding a hashtag to Dravid’s name, Jaffer tweeted, “When you go to in-laws after a certain age, things don’t necessarily start on time.”

Dravid’s wife Vijeta was born in Nagpur and after the retirement of her father, their family has settled there.
India and Australia came into the second T20I, with the visitors winning the first match, chasing 209 with four wickets to spare.
Hardik Pandya smashed a 30-ball 71 while KL Rahul scored 55 off 35 balls to help India reach 208/6 in 20 overs.
But Cameron Green’s attack at the top and Matthew Wade’s sure knock of 45* off 21 balls helped Australia chase down the target with four balls to spare.
The three-match series is a build-up for both the teams for the 2022 T20 World Cup to be held in Australia.
