Virat Kohli and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will get their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 campaign against Mumbai Indians and defending champions Mumbai Indians on Friday. After the week’s practice, Kohli and the rest of RCB’s team will have to do their best on MI at Chennai’s MA Chidambaram Stadium. On Thursday, Kohli took to social media to share his pictures from the training. “Focused and ready to go,” he captioned his post.

Earlier in the day, RCB shared the video of Kohli crying at his rally with his teammates.

“I am supporting you, the management is supporting you, the players who have been selected, we believe that they are going to contribute to the culture that RCB has and the plans we want to execute on the field If we all believe together, we can do some special things this season, “Kohli told the team.

RCB reached the playoffs for the first time since 2016 last year and will have to build on that performance this year.

Kohli himself comes into the tournament in good form, having scored three half-centuries in the T20 International series against England followed by two more centuries in the ODI competition.

He is going to make his batting debut for RCB this year, he announced before the start of the season.

RCB defeated Kyle Jamison, Glenn Maxwell and Daniel Christian in eight new recruits before the upcoming season.
