Jio Phone 2021 offer: brings unlimited voice calls, data and Jio phones as Rs. Is 1,499

The Jio Phone 2021 offer has been announced by Reliance Jio, which brings the Jio Phone with 24 hours of unlimited voice calls and data access at a combo price of Rs. 1,999. The telecom operator has offered a 12-month version, with a similar benefit list at Rs. 1,499. Jio claimed that it already has more than 100 million Jio Phone users in the country and is aiming to attract 300 million feature phone customers through its new offer.

Customers availing Jio Phone 2021 offer Rs. With 1,999 Jio phones, you will be able to avail unlimited voice calls and data for 24 months, without any recharge. It is important to note that this offering will bring 2GB of high-speed data allocation per month during its 24-month validity. Post that allocation, the data speed will drop to 64Kbps.

If a user does not want to leave for 24 months, Jio also has a list of benefits with a validity of one year. 1,499. Existing Jio Phone users can opt for unlimited voice calls and data (2GB high-speed quota per month) for up to 12 months. Is 749.

The offer will go live from March 1 through all Reliance Retail and Jio retailers in the country.

Launched back in July 2017, the Jio phone is Jio’s first 4G-enabled smart feature phone. It runs on KaiOS and has a 2.4-inch display. The phone also has a 2-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel selfie camera. Apart from this, Jio Phone supports apps including WhatsApp and YouTube.

This is not particularly the first time Jio has brought an offer to attract feature phone customers to their Jio phones. The company introduced the phone in 2019 at a special price of Rs. 699. It also offered a live phone gift card in the past as well as an exchange offer for existing feature phone customers.

Jio is also in development to produce its low-cost Android smartphone in partnership with Google. This model is also projected for this current quarter.
