Launched with 150W SuperVooC charging, 16GB RAM



OnePlus’ much talked about OnePlus 10T phone was launched today. The phone was expected to come with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, but today the company launched it with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. However, according to the company, it gives about 30% better performance than the OnePlus 10 Pro with 150W charging, Next Generation 3D Cooling 2.0 technology. OnePlus 10T pricing and availability

This is the first phone from OnePlus to have a 16GB RAM variant as well. You can buy it in three storage models.

  • 8+128GB – Rs 49,999.
  • 12+256GB – Rs 54,999.
  • 16+256GB – Rs 55,999.

You can pre-order the phone from today itself and it will go on sale from August 6, 2022.

OnePlus 10T Specifications

It sports a 6.7-inch 10-bit Fluid AMOLED display and will come with HDR10+ support, 120Hz refresh rate. It has an adaptive refresh rate with which the phone automatically adapts to the application. Automatically changes the refresh rate between 60Hz, 90Hz and 120Hz. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset which is based on 4nm manufacturing process. The 10 Pro also has the same chipset, but with the new HyperBoost gaming engine and Next Generation 3D Cooling 2.0 technology (the biggest cooling system in OnePlus phones according to the company), the 10T delivers much better performance here.

Additionally, triple rear cameras are present in this smartphone. These include a 50MP main camera (OIS), a 12MP ultra-wide lens (120-degree field of view) and a macro sensor. The rear camera module here is also slightly different. In fact, in this smartphone, you will see a new design with a unibody rear panel. Talking about the front camera, the MP hole punch selfie sensor is installed in it.

OnePlus has introduced 150W SuperVooC fast charging technology in this phone which charges this phone up to 28% in just 3 minutes. Also, according to the company, there is a real-time battery health check through the new Battery Health Engine, which is less likely to cause battery-related problems, and with that, the battery will last at least four years. In addition, there is also a Smart Charge algorithm, with which the temperature of the phone’s battery changes according to the season and it is charged accordingly.

Oxygen OS 13

Oxygen OS 13 was also introduced with the soon-to-be-launched OnePlus 10T and will first come to the OnePlus 10 Pro. Currently, the 10T only has Oxygen OS 12 on top of Android 12. In Oxygen OS 13, the company has added some new features, such as an “aquamorphic design” that is inspired by water. This user interface is smoother and better. It will also see some new icons, redesigned widgets and a few more design changes.
