OLA will bring its first EV to the country on this day, it will be spectacular, there is a stir in the four-wheeler companies

Fans in the country have been waiting for the much awaited Ola EV. It was discussed that Ola will give some special feature in its EV which is different from others. The company has released teasers several times regarding the launch of its EV, but it will be confirmed on August 15.

That is, Ola plans to launch its first EV on the upcoming Independence Day. After the arrival of this news, there is a stir among companies in the four-wheeler segment. OLA CEO and founder Bhavish Agarwal took to Twitter to share the news of the launch of his new product. Although it did not reveal the name of the product, it is likely that the company may launch its first electric car in the country on August 15. Ola Electric has been in talks for its four-wheeler electric car for some time now.

At this event, the company will also announce its “big” future plans. “Extremely excited to announce a new product on August 15th! Bhavish Aggarwal wrote something similar on Twitter. In the tweet, Agarwal says that the launch event will be streamed live online. Time and link to watch the show will be shared soon.
This is not the first time that Ola Electric has glimpsed its upcoming electric four-wheeler. In June this year, the company launched the device for the first time during the Ola Customer Day at the Ola Future factory. Ola Electric also shared a teaser video of the same which shows the sleek LED DRLs along with red colors. The video also gives a glimpse of the front and rear design of the car with the Ola logo on either side.
Ola’s first electric car is likely to be a low, wide car with a coupe-like roofline. Touted as “the sportiest car ever,” the future car is rumored to be a 4-door sedan with a long battery pack.
Ola Electric is reportedly looking to acquire 1,000 acres of land for its electric four-wheeler factory. That’s almost twice as much as the current FutureFactory, where it produces the S1 Pro electric scooter. The company is currently selling two electric scooters Ola S1 and Ola S1 Pro in India.
