Vivo Y100 launched in India with color change feature, price and specifications information

Vivo has launched its new mid-range smartphone Vivo Y100 in India. The device supports 5G connectivity. This is the first Vivo Y-series phone where you will get the color changing feature. Vivo Y100 Price and Availability

The price of the Vivo Y100 with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage has been kept at Rs 24,999. Apart from Flipkart and Amazon, its sale has also started on Vivo’s online store. Vivo is offering a flat Rs 1,000 instant discount on the phone for customers who will use HDFC, ICICI and SBI credit and debit cards to make the payment. Vivo Y100 is available in Pacific Blue and Twilight Gold colors apart from Metallic Black.

Vivo Y100 Specification

Vivo Y100 features a large 6.38-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate and 1300 nits peak brightness. The screen is HDR10+ certified and has a waterdrop notch. Vivo Y100 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC which has eight cores and Mali G68 GPU. It has 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The phone runs Android 13 based FunTouchOS 13.

The smartphone features a triple rear camera setup that houses a 64MP primary camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and the other two lenses are 2MP each. The phone has a 16MP front camera for selfies and video calls.

The Vivo Y100 packs a 4500mAh battery that supports 44W FlashCharge fast charging via Type-C charging port. It has a (hybrid) microSD card slot and a 3.5mm audio jack with Hi-Res Audio certification. The phone is available in Metal Black, Twilight Gold and Pacific Blue color options. Twilight Gold and Pacific Blue colors may change color when exposed to sunlight.

The device weighs 181 grams and its dimensions are 158.91 × 73.53 × 7.73 mm. For connectivity, the Vivo Y100 has dual SIM support, 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, Glonass, BeiDou and Galileo.
