The new bike will most likely be the Hunter 350, which has been spied testing several times over the past few months. The Hunter 350 could indeed be the most affordable bike in the company’s portfolio based on the new J-platform. According to the previous spy shots, the bike will be equipped with telescopic forks at the front as well as dual shock absorbers at the rear. The Hunter 350 will be equipped with a single seat, circular headlights and taillights, blacked-out exhaust and other features and is likely to come in a range of color options. In addition to this, the roadster-style bike will be offered with a choice of black alloy wheels as well as spoke wheels.
The bike is expected to come with the same single pod instrument cluster as seen on the Scrum 411. The Tripper navigation system will come with the bike as an optional extra.
The motorcycle will be powered by the same 349cc single-cylinder air-oil cooled engine that powers the Classic 350 and Meteor 350. This engine produces 20.4 bhp. maximum power along with 27 Nm of torque and is mated to a 5-speed transmission. Prices of the new Royal Enfield Hunter 350 can start from around Rs 1.6 lakh (ex-showroom).
