Agra News Student caught cheating on MBBS exam

Sunil Saket, Agra: A student of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University Medical College, Agra, Uttar Pradesh was caught cheating. The student was copying from a smartphone and sheets. A Medium Unfair Action (UFM) was taken against the accused student. The copycat student is a final year MBBS student at FH Medical College.

The second medical examination was held Friday at the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IIT) located on the Khandari campus of the university. The exam started at 10 a.m. Director of IIT Prof. Manu Pratap said that about 1 hour after the start of the exam, the faculty members checked the candidates. In the meantime, a smartphone and two cheat sheets were found in a student’s home. The accused student caught in the act of copying is a student at FH Medical College.

Measures will be taken in the MRU

FH Medical College has its center at IET, Khandari University. Director of IIT Prof. Manu Pratap said that the smartphone and copy slips received from the student who cheated have been sealed. The second copy was given to the student to take the exam. Action has been taken against the accused student under Unfair Means (UFM).

20 FH students got caught

From the year 2020 till now, 20 FH College candidates were caught cheating in 5 MBBS exams. On October 20, 2020, the maximum number of 10 students were caught copying using electronic devices. On March 13, 2021, 4 students, on February 27, 2022, 3 students were caught copying from electronic devices. On November 1, 2022, 2 students had brought the copy hiding it in their shoes. The mobile team taken in the inspection. After that, on March 2, 2023, a student was caught cheating with a smartphone and a slip.
