Tejas Express News: RPF Agent Jitendra Singh is originally a resident of Matsena Police Station of Jaspura in Firozabad. Jitendra had been assigned to the GRP post at Central Station for a year and a half. Jitendra Singh’s duty was engaged in security duty in Tejas Express.

An RPF agent assigned to security at Agartala Tejas Express assaulted a foreign woman. The GRP registered an FIR against the RPF gendarme on the complaint of a foreign woman. At the same time, the gendarme was arrested.

A Swiss woman was traveling from Delhi to Patna with her fiancé in the first Agartala Tejas Express AC H-01 coach going from Delhi to Patna. The GRP post at Kanpur Central Railway Station was informed that the RPF agent had assaulted a foreign woman. Based on this information, the GRP police went into action mode. As Tejas Express reached Kanpur Central Station, the RPF agent was arrested.

Accused policeman arrested
GRP Inspector RK Dhivedi said on the complaint of a foreign woman, a case was filed against RPF agent Jitendra Singh under the molestation sections. After that, the RPF gendarme was arrested. The foreign woman left for Patna after delivering the letter of complaint.
