Atiq Ahmad Ali Ahmad’s son bail request rejected by Allahabad High Court

Prayagraj. Allahabad High Court has rejected the bail request of Ali Ahmed, son of ex-Bahubali MP Atiq Ahmed, accused in the murder case of BSP MP Raju Pal and witness to the murder, Umesh Pal , in a case of attempted murder and extortion. This order was issued by Judge Dinesh Kumar Singh while rejecting Ali Ahmed’s bail request. The court said Ali’s name was mentioned in the Umesh Pal murder case. He is on his way to becoming a mobster, so if released on bail he will prove to be a threat to witnesses and society.

The court said that the mafia don Atiq Ahmed and his family had accumulated immense wealth through crime. The court said that the accused petitioner is the son of a notorious criminal and Mafioso Bahubali who has more than 100 cases of murder, kidnapping, extortion and seizure of property. Ali himself also has three criminal cases registered against him. Recently, the petitioner’s name also came up in the case of the daytime and audacious murder of Umesh Pal, who is a key witness in the murder case of BSP MLA Raju Pal.

Apart from Raju Pal, three other people were also killed in this murder case, so it would not be right to release the petitioner on bail. Significantly, three FIRs are recorded against Ali Ahmed. The first FIR against him was filed by Zeeshan Ahmed, a relative of Atiq Ahmed, on September 31, 2021 at Kareli Police Station. An FIR was filed for extortion of 5 crores and death threat.

After that, the second FIR was also filed by Zeeshan at Pooramufti Police Station. In this, Zeeshan, who had gone to see the land, was accused of assaulting, threatening and killing him. The third FIR was filed against Ali Ahmed in the Umesh Pal shooting incident on February 24. However, Atiq Ahmed’s entire family is charged in the Umesh Pal murder case.
