The administration has completed its preparations in this regard.

Let us tell you that Basti Mahotsav starts from tomorrow i.e. March 3rd. Which will last until March 5. Gorakhpur MP and artist Ravi Kishan will launch it tomorrow after receiving the green signal from the tourism department. The Bollywood Night was organized on the first day of the festival. In which star artist Gopal Tiwari will entertain people with his singing. The program will begin with a lamp donation and a grand aarti at Amhat Ghat.

Description of the program
The first day when Bollywood night, Flower Holi, Faruvahi dance of Awadh region is held. On the second day, Kavi Sammelan, Sufi Night, Ramayana Ballet and Bhojpuri Night were held. Attended by famous Bhojpuri artist Ritesh Pandey, on the third day i.e. March 5, Bhajan Sandhya, a comedy night will be hosted by famous comedian Rajan Srivastava. This is where the Basti Mahotsav will end with the performance of folk singer Malni Awasthi.

Local artists will also have a platform
In this episode, to provide a better platform for local artists, they will also have the opportunity to show their talent here. Local artists will perform Kavi Sammelan, Surili Night, painting etc. At the same time, alongside the government seminar, a special program will also be organized regarding women’s empowerment. At the same time, the scene of the ODOP stand, presentation of social systems, municipal heritage, etc. will also be set up, overall the administration will try to give a new dimension to the festival.
